From a young age, Emily has been passionate about her love of design in wanting to create aesthetically pleasing and functional environments that inspire people. She is driven through cultural aspects from studying abroad and wants to contribute to her community through design. Emily is a graduate of Marywood University with a degree in Interior Architecture. She is working towards obtaining her MFA in Interior Architecture from UNC Greensboro, which has led to her passion for Educational Facility design. With a focus in biophilic design , Emily applied this topic to focus on reshaping school design. Emily aspires to positively influence the well-being of students and faculty in schools. She has developed strong leadership and technical skills while at UNC Greensboro. She joined Morris-Berg in July 2017 after completing a short internship with us in May 2017. Emily is an Associate IIDA member and is excited to expand her portfolio, continuing to grow with her colleagues, and create a positive impact in the community.
