Steve is a LEED Accredited Architect with over 30 years of architectural experience. A graduate of New York Institute of Technology, he relocated to Charlotte in 2001 to continue his architectural career that started in New York. In 2003, he joined Morris-Berg as a Project Architect/Manager and continues in that role. He has worked on numerous types of architectural projects with his primary focus on designing learning environments.
He enjoys being a Project Manager on the projects he is involved with because it allows him to stay close to a client as the project develops and encourages overall satisfaction from concept to completion. Steve’s background includes the overall responsibility for total project development, including design, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and construction administration.
He prides himself on his design and technical abilities and especially designing with a sensitivity that seeks to ensure that architecture enhances human life and compliments the environment.
