Susan Case

NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP
Director of Interior Design

Susan Case began her career in interior design after graduating from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design in 2004.  She then gained experience in corporate workplace design before joining Morris-Berg in 2007 and has since expanded her project portfolio to include Education for K-12, Higher Education, Maintenance Facilities, and Fitness Facilities.  She has worked on projects at all phases spanning from the beginning of design with space planning and programming to the end of projects coordinating multiple furniture vendors installing into the building once construction is complete.

She enjoys designing spaces that have a positive impact on the occupants. For schools, creating spaces where students will enjoy learning and spending time every day is particularly rewarding. She has been designing with Revit Architecture for over fifteen years.  In 2009, she became a LEED accredited professional and in 2010 passed the NCIDQ exam.  At the end of 2021, she was promoted to Director of Interior Design and in 2022, she became a Registered Interior Designer in North Carolina.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys outdoors exploring parks and walking trails in the Charlotte area.
