1970s:
The 1970’s marked the beginning of the firm. The work consisted of a mix of projects that were
continued from Whittington-Brice and, a variety of inspection/consulting work, and some exciting
new projects as the partners began expanding their client network.
1980s:
During the 1980’s, the firm capitalized on strong relationships with developers and municipal clients. Brice-Morris Associates had numerous Medical Office Building projects in the Carolinas and other Southeastern States, while continuing to develop relationships with State and local government clients.
1990s:
The 1990’s marked a major transition in the history of the firm, as Ralph Brice, AIA announced his plans for retirement. Todd Berg, AIA returned to the firm where he first worked, bringing with him specialized experience in the design of Educational facilities, which led to the start of a new market sector.

2010s:
The 2010’s are marked by significant change again, as the firm is significantly impacted by the great recession in the early on and experiences some of it’s best years in the later part of the decade. This decade also marks another tragic transition with the passing of Keith Morris, AIA.
2020s:
As the firm enters their fifth decade, the 2020’s are defined by a major transition, as the third generation of Owners begins to expand existing market sectors and develop strategies for the firm’s next 50 years! The 2020’s see the firm take on a variety of new clients and design some of the largest projects in the history of the firm.
