Kailey Olbrich is a Designer and Architectural professional with more than 5 years of experience in the architectural industry.

She earned her Bachelor of Architecture (2020) and Master of Architecture (2021) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During her academic career, she participated in a study abroad program in Rome and contributed to the 2020 publication Future of American Housing, a research-based studio examining climate change, social equity, and affordable housing in the United States.

Professionally, Kailey has supported projects through all phases of design, assisting with RFP preparation, design presentations, zoning documentation, modeling and rendering, finish selections, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. Her experience has been in a large array of market sectors from office to medical, retail, multifamily, and senior living. Kailey’s experience across a variety of architectural market sectors broadens our perspective, bringing diverse ideas, knowledge, and problem-solving approaches that strengthen and enrich our practice. Her experience working directly with healthcare clients gave her a chance to see the power of architecture to shape meaningful end-user experiences and enrich communities.

Kailey is energized by the opportunity to work on a variety of project types and navigate new market sectors within a collaborative, diverse office environment. Outside of work, she enjoys creative pursuits and appreciates architectural craftsmanship—an interest that began with building LEGO® Technic and Architectural series models.
