EPRI (Building 3)

Following a series of programming workshops and a comprehensive design charrette, Morris-Berg Architects worked with EPRI to convert a recently acquired manufacturing facility into offices, research labs, nuclear testing areas, and conference center spaces. Construction phases included replacement of existing glass, raising a portion of the existing roof for a bridge crane, and complete interior renovations.

The renovations earned LEED Certification, the first such project for the Electric Power Research Institute. The project uses extensive daylighting, LED lighting, waterless urinals, and high efficiency mechanical systems.
