Sachit Manandhar brings over a decade of diverse architectural experience to Morris-Berg, having worked on a wide range of projects, including multifamily apartments, K-12 schools, office buildings, retail spaces, and institutional buildings across the greater Charlotte area and neighboring states. His expertise extends to code reviews, municipal review sets, and passive design houses, ensuring compliance and sustainability in his projects.
A graduate of Kansas State University with a Master of Science in Architecture, Sachit’s academic foundation is complemented by extensive hands-on experience. As an architectural designer, he has developed detailed drawing sets, overseen design development presentations, produced construction documentation, and collaborated with consultants across multiple disciplines.
Sachit’s international background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tribhuvan University in Nepal, adds a unique perspective to his approach to thoughtful and community-centered design. His talent for creating impactful visualizations enhances our ability to communicate design concepts and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
